  • Opening and archiving client matters
  • Carrying out anti-money laundering verifications
  • Precise digital dictation typing
  • Assisting legal professionals with administrative support
  • Utilising online platforms (such as Land Registry and AML checks)
  • General administrative tasks (photocopying, printing, scanning)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Confident IT abilities, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Fast and accurate audio typing skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Familiarity with case management software is a bonus, though training can be provided
