I am currently recruiting on behalf of a very successful company based within the housing sector. They specialise in retirement living projects such as accommodation, flats and care homes as an example. They have an excellent reputation within this type of work and are known to be one of the best in this industry. They now seek a freelance site manager to cover one of their sites in Bexhill, East Sussex. The site is just starting at groundwork level.
You will be employed as a site manager freelancebased in Bexhill. The day rate is negotiable between 250-270 per day DOE. General day to day duties include: following programme set by manager during the cover, maintaining health and safety, overseeing and managing trades, report to senior management as and when needed.
You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid to be considered for the role. Must have experience within housing type projects and be confident in managing trades. They need somebody who can just hit the ground running, be well organised and have strong communication and leadership skills.
