MARKETING SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR

My client is looking for an experienced Marketing Services Co-Ordinator to join the team. This is an opportunity to work for a global company with a strong market share in their sector, offering long term job security & technical challenge including lots of training and development on offer.

Role Description

  • To provide general resource support for all Marketing Services activity for the company
  • Write and plan engaging social media content using our social media platform
  • Monitor the company social channels and respond to posts and comments to increase engagement.
  • Update the company website with news stories, product information and pdf downloads
  • To support the production of all marketing literature in line with company brand guidelines
  • To assist with the input and upkeep of company data using our Product Information Management system
  • To help manage and control all company corporate marketing documentation and activity
  • To arrange & organise Exhibitions, Customer events, Conferences, Trade shows and other requirements as needed to support Sales activity.
  • Liaise with sales team, customers and external suppliers to supply product information and promotional support
  • Maintain the Marshall-Tufflex brand in line with brand guidelines
  • To assist with the production of all marketing materials relating to new or existing products.
  • Gather information and write content for use across a variety of medias
  • Liaise with 3rd party Public Relations agency to create content and promote the company in line with the Marketing plan.
  • Create and send email campaigns using our email platform to communicate product details, service information and promotional messages.
  • To manage various marketing projects / jobs as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • An enthusiastic, innovative individual with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Previous marketing experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Formal Marketing or Business studies qualification to A-Level equivalent is desired but not essential.
  • IT Literate in Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Experience of using marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, MailChimp, Hootsuite and CMS systems
