You'll work closely with the strategy and business development team, helping to shape and execute content strategies that elevate their brand, drive engagement, and support lead generation. Job title: Content, Video & Marketing Expert
Location: Rye, East Sussex
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, core hours between 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm
Team: A professional, inspirational, imaginative and passionate events team of 16.

What you'll be doing:
- Creating captivating written, video and audio content for a variety of platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters, etc.).
- Collaborating with teams (internal, external) to develop content strategies that align with the company brand and business goals.
- Using your SEO expertise to optimise content, ensuring high visibility and organic growth.
- Staying ahead of trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our content strategy.
- Supporting business development by crafting content that attracts and converts leads.
- Travelling to selected events to collate content ideas and materials.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and crafting engaging content across various channels.
- Strong writing skills with an understanding of how to leverage SEO for creative and impactful copy.
- Experience at asking insightful questions, extracting key details, and translating captured insights into effective content.
- Understanding of content strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- A collaborative spirit and solid project management skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment.
