Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist
Location:Rye
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working (2 days in the office)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, core hours between 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm

The role:

  • Create captivating written, video and audio content for a variety of platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters, etc.)
  • Collaborate with teams (internal, external) to develop content strategies that align with company brand and business goals.
  • Use your SEO expertise to optimise content, ensuring high visibility and organic growth.
  • Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to content strategy.
  • Support business development by crafting content that attracts and converts leads.
  • Travel to selected events to collate content ideas and materials.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar roles is essential
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and crafting engaging content across various channels
  • Experience at asking insightful questions, extracting key details, and translating captured insights into effective content.
  • Understanding of content strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • A collaborative spirit and solid project management skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally
