HRGO Recruitment are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our client's accountancy practice based in Bexhill. Our clients offer financial well being to all kinds of businesses and individuals, helping improve profits and encourage growth.
The successful candidate will provide professional support to the team by dealing with administrative processes, submitting documents and directly liaising with clients.
The role would suit someone very eager to learn and develop in an expanding and dynamic role.
General Duties:
- General secretarial duties including typing correspondence, uploading of correspondence and client documents to Open space.
- Dealing with telephone calls, chasing up clients for information, arranging appointments, liaising with HMRC and providing reception cover as required.
- New client compliance work, to include dealing with client ID and Anti-Money Laundering procedures, production of Letters of Engagement and maintenance of the new client database.
- Completing disengagement procedures.
- Maintaining various spreadsheets and IRIS database.
- To assist with the smooth running of the office, to include ensuring all Fire and H&S requirements are met, liaising with various trades and suppliers to ensure all servicing and repairs are carried out.
Role Requirements:
- Numerate (minimum GCSE level Maths or equivalent)
- Organised, methodical and dependable- with attention to detail and good concentration
- Computer literate
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (not required)
