My client, an established roofing sub contractor in Kent, are looking for an Estimator with strong connections in the roofing world to join their growing team. This role offers excellent career progression and bonus incentives based on work brought into the business. Currently turning over around £15M annually and set to grow this to £20M in the next few years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for modular construction projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine costs.
- Work closely with suppliers to obtain pricing and manage procurement.
- Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
