GSL Education London are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a dynamic team at a client secondary school in Bexley. This role is perfect for someone passionate about business education and eager to inspire the next generation of business leaders.
Responsibilities of a Business Studies Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and effective business studies lessons to secondary school students.
- Support the teaching and learning of business studies across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students excel in business studies.
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements of a Business Studies Teacher:
- Previous experience as a Business Studies Teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the business studies curriculum and teaching methods.
- Ability to teach and support students at KS3, KS4, and KS5 levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
