We are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school based in Bexley. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with a passion for supporting childrens learning and development to become part of a warm and welcoming team.

Position: Teaching Assistant (TA)

Start Date: February 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term
Salary: Competitive rates, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
Provide one-on-one and small group support, including for students with additional learning needs.
Maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
Help with classroom management and student activities.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school setting.
Knowledge of the UK curriculum and an understanding of the needs of young learners.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to promoting the best outcomes for children.
