Teach Plus are currently working with a 2-3 form entry, 'Good' primary school located in Bexley.
The school is a large, diverse, and vibrant primary school that carefully listens to teachers. Behaviour across the school is generally good and the children are kind and polite. The school provides many opportunities for staff to undertake professional training.
The role is for a full time Year 3 Class Teacher to start in February.
As a Year 3 Class Teacher you will be expected to:
- Create engaging, differentiated lesson plans aligned with the UK KS2 national curriculum
- Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Regularly assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments
- Engage with parents and guardians through regular communication, meetings, and reports to discuss student progress
- Incorporate creative teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles
The ideal candidate for the Year 3 Class Teacher role will have:
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly for Year 3
- Recent classroom teaching experience within a KS2 primary school setting
- A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
- UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
