Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are growing and are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Bromley office.

You will be provided with the training needed to become successful in the recruitment industry.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Consultant.
• We will train you to help in finding candidates in their next role and help clients find the perfect candidate.
• This will involve speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews etc.
• Update details of existing candidates
• Search internal & external computer database for suitable candidates
• Match candidates to suitable live vacancies.
• Source suitable candidates for live vacancies.
• Calling/Creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants
• Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission
• Preparing and issuing documentation

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

• Highly motivated.
• Thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
