In this role, you will work closely with class teachers to inspire and empower students, helping them to reach their full potential. You will promote independence, boost self-esteem, and champion social inclusion, ensuring every pupil has the chance to thrive.

You will have the opportunity to lead and cover class teaching across the academy, guiding other adults to support students learning effectively. Your role will include contributing to assessments, monitoring progress, and helping to shape plans that ensure the success of all students. We are looking for someone who can support teachers in raising achievement, particularly for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
