This sought after client, a leader in their field are looking to recruit a temp to perm or permanent individual to support the service team, looking after the needs oif clients.

You will assess the service needs of clients and link them to the appropriate resources and providers.

Liaise with engineers to arrange night call plans.

Provide administration and support to service department.

Provide administration service for allocated routes.

• Accept deliveries of parts and catalogue them for the service department.

• Assist with answering phones; helping to solve clients’ issues and logging breakdowns. • Book in technician appointments and liaise with the technicians to ensure appointments are greed.

• Assist Contracts Manager with monthly KPI reports • Attend meetings as required.

• Act as point of contact for clients. • Log and allocate insurance items from reports received by client. • Log and allocate calls for the routed area.

• Arrange FOC and quoted works for the routed area. • Send on 'shutdown’ reports. • Assist with decoding breakdown and service sheets when required. • Decode all repair sheets for routed area.

Skills & Knowledge required:

• Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail.

• Strong communication and record-keeping skills. • The ability to manage time effectively.

• Problem solving and 'can-do’ attitude.

• Professional and patient telephone manner.
