We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their estate agency career. My client is seeking a driven and professional Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in Bexleyheath.

The Role: As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for conducting professional valuations, winning new instructions, and managing sales from listing through to completion. You'll work closely with their existing team to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out accurate property valuations
  • Winning new instructions and building strong client relationships
  • Managing property viewings and providing feedback
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales
  • Maintaining regular contact with vendors and buyers
  • Contributing to the branch's overall performance targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential sales
  • Strong track record in conducting valuations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Weekend working availability

Package:

  • Basic salary: 30,000
  • Competitive commission structure (5% on sales and 5% on listings)
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position
  • 5 days per week including Saturdays
  • One day off during the week

The ideal candidate will be target-driven, have excellent local knowledge, and possess strong valuation experience. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in residential sales and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
