An experienced Valuer is sought for a part-time position with a well-respected Estate Agency in Hornchurch.
The role requires over 5 years of experience in valuing and winning instructions, with a full UK driving license and access to a car.
The successful candidate will earn up to £25,000 pro rata, with potential on-target earnings between £40,000 and £60,000, including a 30% commission on completed instructions.
Working hours are flexible, with up to 24 hours per week, typically spread over 2 to 3 days.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential, while local area knowledge is an advantage.

Are you an experienced Valuer wanting to work on a Part-Time basis?

We are currently looking for such an individual to join our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, in the Hornchurch area. Our clients are extremely well-established within the local area and are currently looking to bring on an individual who has experience and is capable of winning instructions as a Sales Valuer.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

Up to £25,000 pro rata
30% commission on instructions that exchange and complete
On Target Earnings of £40,000 - £60,000
All Leads provided
Fantastic Commission Package

Working Hours:

Up to 24 hours a week (to be discussed)
2/3 days per week

Sales Valuer requirements:

Over 5 years’ experience valuing and winning instructions
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Full UK driving license and access to own car
Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Confident and personable

As a Sales Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:
