The role offers a salary of £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and is a full-time permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including estate administration and probate, with minimal supervision.
The firm has over 120 years of experience, approximately 100 staff members, and is known for its strong client relationships and multiple accreditations, including a Lexcel accreditation for over 20 years.

With a minimum of 2 years PQE and experience of working within probate, you will work with minimum supervision to complete a varied range of responsibilities, including Estate Administration and Probate. With multiple accreditations, the Firm has held a Lexcel accreditation for over 20 years making it one of the few firms in England and Wales to acquire The Law Society’s Standard of excellence in practice management, file management and client care.What will be expected of you?• To carry out the client’s instructions in the most efficient and expedient way having regard to the firm’s professional and procedural standards;• To provide accurate progress reports for the client at regular intervals;• To deal effectively with client queries by telephone or by clear and detailed letter;• To maintain accurate records and an efficient and tidy filing system;• Where applicable, to meet budgeted fees and profit targets;• Ability to organise and run a busy caseload and meet deadlines• Ability and willingness to help and encourage less senior members of the departmentWhat are the Firm offering in return?
