The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems, including the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role involves installing units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You will be installing VRV, VRF and Split systems, including ventilation systems such as heat recovery.

As Senior Air Conditioning Installer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, installing and maintaining air conditioning systems in various settings.
- Leading an installation team delivering fit out works.
- Reading and interpreting schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshooting processes.
- Collaborating with team members to develop efficient solutions for complex problems.
- Providing guidance and training to junior staff on best practices in installation.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology.
- Proven experience in the role.
- Knowledge of ductwork installation and Ventilation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on air conditioning systems.
- The ability to read and interpret technical schematics effectively.
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance practices.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's licence will be required for travel between job sites.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) are advantageous.
