SALARY £36-38,000 DOE £40-42,000 OTE

My client is looking for a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANAGER to join their team.

As a Property Management Manager you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties; delivering a fast, effective and professional service to Landlords. You need to be conscientious, hard-working and driven to produce results. You will also have the responsibilities of being the point of contact for Head of Property Management and daily oversight of other local Property Managers.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is highly organised with excellent communication skills and the initiative to problem solve. Previous experience managing a property portfolio and team is essential.

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Experience of managing a portfolio of properties

  • An excellent communicator
  • Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
  • UK Driver’s Licence and own car

Key responsibilities and activities will include:

  • Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
  • Overseeing a team of Property Managers
  • Managing the end of tenancy process
  • Reading visit reports and advising landlords on contents
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
  • Liaising with lettings negotiators across network
  • Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
  • Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
  • Service of notices, S21 and S8
  • Attending court hearings/bailiff appointments
  • Complaint escalations
  • Be the point of contact for Head of Property Management

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9am-6pm
