Our client has several vacancies that are located across the UK.You must be able to drive and hold a clean licence as 3 days a week you will be on the road looking for new sites to acquire.About the client Our client is a dedicated Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure development company that addresses the challenges faced by landlords and Charge Point Operators in rolling out a network of EV charging infrastructure in the UK. They develop, fund, build and own EV charging stations across the UK working with some of the country's largest network operators.Main Purpose of Job:As a Graduate Property Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with our property acquisitions team to play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, evaluating, and securing prime land opportunities for EV charging hubs across the UK, ensuring a steady pipeline of projects to meet our ambitious expansion plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Site identification: To actively source commercial land to support our huge EV hub expansion plans across the UK. The graduate acquisition manager will be expected to spend a minimum of 3 out of 5 days per week on the road. Consideration to be given to site location, zoning, planning permissions, traffic count, demographics and quality of site selection.
  • Site analysis: To carry out the required due diligence to ensure the site meets our minimum site criteria.
  • Site presentation: To present viable site options to the property team and thereafter,to drive the sites forward, with support from the wider team.
  • Monitoring: To monitor site opportunities and ensure that approved sites are moved forward with the support of the wider team.
  • Team support: to work closely with the Acquisition Manager within your region and drive sites from site identification through to site secured.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Work experience within the property industry would be desirable, not essential.
  • Knowledge of the UK property market, planning regulations, and property acquisition processes will be advantages but not essential.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to move at pace to assess the viability of a site for both freehold and leasehold opportunities.
  • Hardworking and an ambition to succeed in business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Real Estate, Geography, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with MRICS accreditation preferred but not essential.
  • UK driving license and car is essential
