This pivotal role within the firm offers the opportunity to play a key role in strategic decision-making, business development, and client management.The Role of The Audit and accounts Director is to oversee a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries. The successful candidate will lead and manage audit assignments, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide high-quality advisory services. The candidate will also contribute to the firm’s growth strategy, identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance client relationships.Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
  • Managing and developing a team of auditors and accountants, fostering a high-performance culture.
