Part Qualified Trainee Accountant / QBE Accountant (2+ Years Experience in Practice)Location: Bicester

Our client, a growing and vibrant accountancy firm, is seeking a Part Qualified Trainee Accountant or a QBE Accountant with experience in bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts preparation to join their Bicester team. Role Responsibilities:

  • Prioritising your workload efficiently.
  • Preparing VAT returns and management accounts.
  • Communicating with and assisting clients with queries.
  • Preparing annual statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returns.
  • Preparing self-assessment tax returns.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Part Qualified or QBE with at least 2 years of experience in general practice.
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Familiarity with Xero, Sage, and Quickbooks is desirable (training on CCH will be provided).
