  • Assist the FM in reconciling monthly control accounts
  • Assist the FM in preparing monthly P&L reports
  • Assist the FM with monthly Depot accounts meetings
  • Assist the FM in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Assist the FM in quarterly budget forecast meetings
  • Produce ad-hoc reports to Management when required
  • Help cover other departments when required
  • Provide general administrative support, e.g. answer phone calls and the Head Office intercom when required, assist with sorting post, scan documents when required
