Our client is a well-established and growing company on the outskirts of Oxford. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team based in Kidlington.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for Supporting the Finance and Administrative operations of the Company to include:

  • Purchase ledger management.
  • Purchase order management
  • Monthly supplier and expense claim payment runs
  • Client account reconciliations and management
  • Monthly reporting, including management accounts for multiple entities and other variance reporting against budget
  • Bookkeeping for multiple entities
  • Reconciling and generating necessary recharges and payments between our organisations

Successful applicants must have previous accounting experience to trial balance level, working in industry or practice environment. You must have strong attention to detail, be able to work to deadlines, possess a positive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
