About the Role

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions, supplier management, and supporting the month-end financial close.   • Processing purchase ledger invoices and ensuring correct authorisation
  • Maintaining supplier records and managing the new supplier process

  • Supporting the procurement of goods and services in line with policies

About You

The ideal candidate will have a finance qualification (AAT Level 2 or above or actively studying) and previous experience in a finance operations role, particularly in accounts payable. Strong numeracy, organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential, alongside proficiency in Excel. The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team is key.
