A new role has become available in a local Bicester company to work as an Administration Assistant. Supporting the office, you will be completing general administration duties, including processing reports, maintaining records and responding to queries.
This part time position consists of 09:00-am-17:00 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Three days (21 hours) per week.
Duties of the role:
- Forwarding Quotations and Risk Assessments to Clients
- Processing work reports and result certificates
- Maintaining Customer Records
- Dealing with Customer queries
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders via telephone and e-mail
- Uploading documents to various online Portals
General Office Duties as required You must:
- Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Work well within a team supporting your colleagues to the best of your abilities.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Use your own initiative to resolve queries and work efficiently.
- Show organisation skills, being methodical in your approach to work.
Offering £12.50 per hour, this is a great opportunity to join a busy administration team.
