An independent School for young people aged 11-19 with autism and offers a specialist and supported learning environment.
We are looking to appoint a well-organised and experienced School Administrator to support the work of the Administration and Admissions Department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and will be competent in the use of a school database system and all Microsoft Office applications as well as have the ability and keen interest to learn new processes and systems.
- Accurately minute Annual Review meetings and ensure that these are issued within statutory timeframes
- Provide an administrative service for various school departments to help with the organising and logging of school data onto the school database, uploading paperwork and reports where required
- Assist the Admissions team with new pupil files and records
- Provide cover in Reception as and when required.
- Provide cover for Administration Team as and when required
- Any other tasks that may be reasonably required by the Head of Admissions or SMT.
