Account Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Are you an Account Manager or similar from a food production background looking for a technical role within a well-established company, where you will have a variety of responsibilities, including implementing strategies to directly influence the growth and success of an ambitious and profitable business?

This premium culinary and catering company supplies restaurants, airlines and events as well as running a hospitality catering service themselves. They've seen massive growth and success with their recently established sister company, thanks to continually delivering top-tier service. Now they're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their vibrant team and help with their ongoing goals of expansion.

In this position you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing financial planning, pricing strategies and contract negotiations as you work with the development chef to ensure you are offering the best service and proving quality, well-priced products.

This role would suit someone from an Account Management background or similar, looking to join an expanding company who have seen continual success in their industry where you will have the opportunity to grow and progress your career.

The Role:

  • Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
  • Market Research and analysis.
  • Commercial Planning and sales growth.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

The Person:

  • Strong financial management skills, with experience budgeting and forecasting.
  • Leadership and management background.
  • Food manufacturing/Development background.
  • Commutable to Bicester.
