Are you looking for an engaging and rewarding Pricing role?  Are looking for an opportunity where you can collaborate with team members?  Do you want to work in a friendly supportive environment? Our client is a leading business that provides specialised services focused on maintaining and improving outdoor spaces, they are seeking a Commercial Pricing Specialist to join their Business Development team. The company operates nationally enhancing the appearance of public and private outdoor areas.  Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Commercial Pricing Specialist will play a crucial role, in preparing accurate pricing estimates for new and existing contracts which will ultimately lead to gaining more business for the company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business in the local area, and we are particularly interested in candidates with similar experience who have successfully and accurately won business through winning bids. Key Responsibilities 
  • Contribute significantly to the success of tenders and the business development department.
  • Uphold high standards in tendering, accuracy, commercial insight, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Take ownership of and continually improve the company’s tendering model.
  • Conduct site visits to support pricing and resource planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior directors and managers across the business.
  • Manage effective relationships while handling conflicting priorities.
  • Conduct research to understand the company’s services, markets, and competitors.
  • Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
 Key Skills & Experience 
  • Proven experience in preparing and winning Bids/Tenders.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Excel (Intermediate/Advanced level).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making.
  • MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE.
 Additional Information 
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Company Pension ( 5%/3%).
