- Contribute significantly to the success of tenders and the business development department.
- Uphold high standards in tendering, accuracy, commercial insight, and data-driven decision-making.
- Take ownership of and continually improve the company’s tendering model.
- Conduct site visits to support pricing and resource planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior directors and managers across the business.
- Manage effective relationships while handling conflicting priorities.
- Conduct research to understand the company’s services, markets, and competitors.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
- Proven experience in preparing and winning Bids/Tenders.
- Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel (Intermediate/Advanced level).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making.
- MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE.
- Working Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM.
