TL;DR
- Sales & Production Manager - Equestrian
- Salary: c. £30,000 p.a. pro rata
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
- Contract: 6-month fixed term
- Location: North Oxfordshire (own transport needed)
Sales & Production Manager Contract - Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production timeframes, ensuring high-quality outputs and exceptional customer service.
- Develop & implement strategic plans to exceed productivity expectations.
- Manage embroidery workshop capacity & team rotas effectively.
- Work closely with Finance & MD to ensure sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Finance to optimise profitability & reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Desirable Skills & Experience - Sales & Production Manager Contract:
- Experience in production or retail management, ideally in fashion or textiles.
- Knowledge of sewing/embroidery or horse yard/BHA registration (training available).
- Strong leadership & communication skills—planning experience a plus!
- Excellent organisational abilities & attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site (Mon-Fri), with occasional weekend availability during peak times.
