- Our client near Bicester is seeking a Grounds and Maintenance Team Member with experience in high-standard grounds and maintenance tasks.
- Candidates should have a background in planned maintenance and general gardening, along with a passion for customer service and guest interaction.
- The role involves planting, pruning, and maintaining various plants, as well as ensuring cleanliness in park areas and repairing fencing and signage.
- Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess their own transport due to the rural location of the job.
- The position offers a salary of £25,000 per year, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
They are looking for someone who has experience in carrying out grounds and maintenance tasks to a high standard. You may have planned and delivered annual routine maintenance tasks as well as general gardening tasks. You will enjoy interacting with guests and working in a customer-service environment. Most importantly you will be self-motivated and have experience of working in a team to support your colleagues to deliver.
Planting of park planters and bedding areas, together with pruning and maintenance of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees to seasonal schedules
Watering of hanging baskets, hayracks and summer bedding
Ensuring park grounds. Roadways, paths, bins, bin bays and public areas are clean and free from litter and loose debris
Maintain and repair all fencing, trellis work, walls and signage, etc
Completing daily site walks and having active guest interaction
Working collaboratively across the whole park team
Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm
