Production Operative - Bicester

A rapidly expanding, prestige food company, require over 10 additional Food Production Operatives due to increased business demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing, packaging, and quality control of food produce. Career advancement is available for those wishing to advance through the business.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and Packaging:

  • Ensure that food products are prepared, processed, and packaged according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure food products meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products onto and off the production area
  • Ensure materials are organised and available for production needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Basic understanding of food production processes
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including wearing appropriate protective clothing and equipment.
