About the vacancy

A manufacturing company based in Bicester is recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager for a team of two (direct report—Management Accountant), working full-time in the office. You will be a member of the UK & Ireland Leadership Team, actively initiating improvements based on financial analysis and keeping the team informed by financial reporting.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the development and execution of the local financial operations/strategy, support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation, and working closely with the Regional Commercial leadership team, specifically in local management reporting, analysis and support. Your responsibilities will fall within the following:

  • Strategic support
  • Group level activities
  • General accounting operations

What you'll need to succeed

You must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with previous experience in a similar role:

  • Solid accounting and reporting background
  • Commercial understanding
  • Leadership/people management (minimum two years ideally)
