What will you do as a Finance Manager?
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the business
- Monthly management accounts, forecasting, and budgeting & payroll
- Provide key financial analysis to support decision-making,
- Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring efficient cash management
- Manage a small finance team, providing leadership and support
What do you need as a Finance Manager?
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA. Qualified by experience will be also considered
- Experience in financial management, within manufacturing advantageous
- Understanding of manufacturing costs, cost accounting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively
