Butler Rose is proud to be working alongside the Director as a recruitment partner to successfully find a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing business. This is an exciting business partnering role, offering the opportunity to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across multiple sites in the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business strategy and decision-making. Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for growth. Analyse and interpret month-end results, highlighting key variances and insights. Support investment appraisals, cost control initiatives, and profit enhancement plans. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, and analysis. Manage and develop a team of two FP&A professionals.
Key Requirements:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with strong financial planning and analysis experience. Excellent financial modelling, data analysis, and Excel skills. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable). What's on Offer?Competitive salary & benefits package.
