We are recruiting for a leading name within the LEV industry. The role is for an LEV Engineer, carrying out routine and reactive testing on dust & fume LEV systems and representing the company in a professional manner when attending client sites. Candidates must have a professional manner and strong communication skills, in order to effectively communicate with clients when discussing technical matters and handing over on projects. Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have proven experience working as an LEV Engineer within a Dust / Fume specialist outfit
- Must be qualified with the BOHS P601
- Ideally will hold other industry-related training or qualifications such as the P602 or P604
- Strong industry technical knowledge
- Excellent written and IT skills
- Working to HSG 258 and HSE guidelines
The Role:
- You will be carrying out inspections, testing and servicing of LEV systems across Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing client sites
- Emissions testing and air monitoring
- Inspections and testing of Fume Cupboards
- Writing detailed service reports for clients, including site plan drawings
- Identifying any system performance issues and recommending works to rectify
- Overseeing the ordering and sourcing of any required materials or system components
- Travelling as per company requirements
