Are you a dynamic, forward-thinking HR professional with a passion for driving continuous improvement and efficiency? We're on the lookout for an HR Operations Manager to lead our agile team, champion HR best practices, and create impactful change.

Your Role:

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the business, offering expert guidance on employee relations, terms and conditions, and company policies.
  • Lead and manage employee relations (ER) activities, providing essential support to both employees and management.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth, efficient operations at every touchpoint of the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate across the wider HR and Operations teams to create a seamless, integrated approach to all HR activities.
  • Streamline and automate processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
  • Deliver regular HR reports and monitor key operational metrics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Keep all HR templates and policies up-to-date, aligned with employer brand, and compliant with current legislation.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring the HR team is informed and compliant.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across all HR operations.
  • Optimise HR systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Regularly audit and update HR data, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
  • Mentor and develop the HR Operations team, providing ongoing support through 1:1s and performance reviews.

What You’ll Bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with a knack for managing and inspiring teams.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, with the ability to analyse and leverage data for decision-making.
  • A track record of streamlining processes and driving operational improvements.
  • Experience in leading HR projects from concept to completion.
