Do you have experience producing and managing site documentation?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a sub contractor on the delivery of drainage works for HS2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site documentation, coordinating inductions, liaising with clients, and assisting with project progress tracking.

Rate: 拢(Apply online only)/day LTD, Outside IR35
Location: nr Bicester
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension

Requirements:
路Previous Site Management experience
路Previous client - facing experience
路Experience working on drainage for major infrastructure projects
路Valid CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid certification.
路Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CEMAR software (preferred).

Responsibilities:
路Organize and manage site inductions.
路Maintain and update site diaries
路Oversee health & safety administration for hires and equipment.
路Communicate with clients via face-to-face meetings, emails, and calls.
路Attend progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
路Compile and submit progress reports.
路Manage change events (CEs) and provide supporting documentation.
路Supply delay information and early warnings to the Quantity Surveyor (QS).
路Collaborate with the planner to update the project programme.
路Utilize CEMAR project management software and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
