Senior Marketing Executive - Managing Brands and Products
(Please note this is not a hybrid role, it’s working in the office Monday to Friday

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Exclusive Brands
- Ensure all contractual requirements are
achieved and co-op claimed.
- Work with Manufacturer partner and sales
to increase awareness and preference for our ranges amongst our target audience(s)
- Define the Consumer Experience and work with Sales teams to deliver this all the time
- Generate new business leads and manage a new business pipeline with Sales
- Work with Sales teams to define and deploy end to end Sales Activation Campaigns
- Ensure campaign targets are well defined and measured.
- Brand awareness is maintained above 55% and we are a top 3 choice for consideration to buy.
- We achieve our year-on-year growth and (where known) market share targets.
- Sales activation campaigns are effectively set up and delivered with support from Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturer partners
- Lead the development of any Product
brand(s)
- Be the guardian and steward for the brand
expression in all channels, ensuring that it remains top of mind and the brand of choice to all its user groups
- Actively seek, test and develop new product and market development opportunities
- Awareness, understanding and consideration of the brand increases amongst our target audience(s)
- Every interaction with the brand builds and supports advocacy and trust.

B2B Sales Activation and CRM
- Maintain an up to date and customer database
- Design and deploy direct and Sales-led
campaigns to increase sales/customer and
the number of Customers ordering
- Develop and maintain a new business and
lead generation pipeline to grow the
Customer base
- Manage an annual Customer
Communications and Promotional Calendar.
- Set and track measurable & stretching
targets.
- Implement feedback mechanisms
- Maximised customers with measurable ROI and share-of-wallet growth.
- Expanded customer base and marketshare
- Enhanced customer engagement with services, promotions, and broader product adoption
- Net growth in Active Customers through higher acquisition than churn.
- Improved Customer and Consumer satisfaction by improving our offer vs expectations and competitor benchmarks
Digital
- Increase the visibility of our brands and
products on the internet using Technical and
Content SEO.
- Use paid media to generate good quality
leads and increase share of search and sales
for our products.
- Grow the reach and effectiveness of our
social media channels by increasing audience
size and engagement on our channels
- Create and maintain a plan for the ongoing
improvement of our websites that incorporates both Performance Metrics and Customer Feedback. Ensure all errors are reported and rectified within agreed KPIs.
- Create and maintain systems to regularly check and update all website content (product and brand)
- Be accountable for increasing direct generated (ecommerce) sales and profit as appropriate
- We increase our share of the available market that is accessible via the internet
- Our engaged social media audience grows, increasing our audience reach.
- Our website performs well and meets Customers’ and Consumers’ needs
- Our website content is up to date and accurate
- We increase the website generated (profit after direct costs) from direct-to-consumer selling.
Deployment of campaigns
- Ensure all campaigns are well defined and
briefed and executed within agreed
deadlines.
- Work with our agencies, the internal studio
and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are properly briefed and signed off in good time.
- Campaigns are developed with a 'lowest cost without compromising quality’ mindset and suppliers and stakeholders are continuously and constructively challenged to achieve the best outcomes for the business.
- Curate and assist with shows and the attendance at shows as required including weekends and Bank holidays.
- Campaigns and 100% accurate and deployed on time.
- Changed and production costs are minimised and return on investment is maximised,
- Events are well targeted with clear objectives and measures and executed on brand with a focus on achieving their outcomes
SELECTION CRITERIA: (Minimum qualification for this position)
i) FORMAL TRAINING (specific courses, qualifications and credentials required):
- Preferably a Marketing qualification. • Full driving licence
ii) EXPERIENCE (type and amount of previous experience required):
- At least five years of Marketing or related experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience in a Commercial Marketing role, accountable for sales and lead generation
- Experience in CRM, digital channels and performance marketing is highly desired
- Experience in Product and Brand management is highly desired
