Client Details

You will be joining a global HR team, dedicated to provide exceptional support to employees across the UK and EMEA. You will work alongside the People Insights Manager and support on both cyclical tasks and several large projects.

Description

The People Data Analyst will:

  • Take briefs from the People Insights & Reporting Manager to deliver fit for purpose workforce reporting and analysis for customers from across the People function and the wider business using a combination of tools, including, Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support periodic People projects with reporting and analysis.
  • Identify and raise specific workforce trends concerns as an outcome of the periodic reporting and analysis process.
  • Identify and raise areas for improving efficiency to reporting files and practices.
  • Create and maintain reporting request requirements to make reporting request more efficient & timelier.
  • Work alongside the People Systems team to develop, test and implement new system requirements relating to reporting.

Profile

A successful People Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret people-related data.
  • Experience in manipulating data and displaying it a presentable format
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge

Having worked in HR and knowledge of SAP SucessFactors is preferred but is not essential- if you don't have this experience, please don't let it hold you back from applying!
