Office based Administrator- Great opportunity

SOME PREVIOUS ADMIN EXPERIENCE WOULD BE IDEAL. This is an entry level role and would suit someone looking for the next step in their career.
Main Duties:
- Sales order processing
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Dealing with queries ie. stock enquiries and delivery queries
- Retail pricing and basic product details
- Liaising with Area Managers
- Passing leads to the Marketing department
This is a busy, varied and fast moving role, you will need excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills. Thorough attention to detail is required, accurate and timely completion of tasks is essential and the ability to work in a team, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
