Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a service provider located in Kidlington, for the recruitment of a temporary Customer Support Representative to join their Customer Support Team. Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, this individual will be responsible for supporting customers and providing assistance to the wider team when is required. 

In brief the potholder's responsibilities will include:

  • Support customers with product and process questions via email, telephone calls and online chat
  • Processing of all orders in accordance with standard work
  • Ensure records are updated and maintained
  • Engagement with wider team including sales
  • Support the wider office team in task processing as and when required

The individual  will be a confident communicator that can provide support to a range of customers within the expected service time that has been agreed and will be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The individual will have a demonstrable team player attitude and will provide support to the rest of the team when is required. Accuracy and attention to detail is key alongside the ability to learn and use the various systems in place.
