At Fawkes & Reece we are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a regional specialist residential Contractor. This fantastic opportunity comes with chance to join a expanding and highly successful team within a business who does things differently.

Joining a highly experienced technical team, within the residential sector overseeing units ranging from 60 - 150 units across the Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hampshire region.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing the design process during the technical stage
• Overseeing of a projects lifecycle and insisting everything is on track in correct manner.
• Liaison with external authorities.

• Add a sentence or two here about the company.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a role of Technical Coordinator
• Preferably experience within the Residential experience
• An understanding of civil Engineering and sustainability is desired but not essential.
• Relevant Degree qualification

My client is prepared to provide any necessary training and development in order for this individual to achieve career succession and satisfaction.
