Location - Bicester
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 p/a
Working Hours - 8:00am - 4:30pm (early finish on Friday)

Are you an experienced Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in a high-tech manufacturing environment? Were seeking skilled individuals to join a fast-growing team, working on precision engineering projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities for the Technician- Assemble sub-components and final builds to strict quality standards
- Work from technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry regulations
- Support process improvements and assist in problem-solving
- Perform rework, alignment, and testing as required
- Mechanical and wiring assembly skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing
- IT literate (MS Office) with good communication skills
- A flexible, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
