A new role has become available in a local Bicester company to work as an Administration Assistant. Supporting the office, you will be completing general administration duties, including processing reports, maintaining records and responding to queries.
This part time position consists of 09:00-am-17:00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Four days (28 hours) per week.
Duties of the role:
- Forward quotations and risk assessments to clients.
- Process certificates and work reports.
- Resolve queries.
- Keep up to date client records.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct team.
- Upload documentation to the required CRM.
- Adhoc office support.
You must:
- Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Work well within a team supporting your colleagues to the best of your abilities.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Use your own initiative to resolve queries and work efficiently.
- Show organisation skills, being methodical in your approach to work.
