Mental Health Assistant - Kidlington

What you would do as Mental Health Assistant:

  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement specialised learning and intervention plans
  • Foster trusting and supportive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and resilience
  • Assist with classroom activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting trust and emotional safety
  • Help students identify and express their emotions in a healthy manner

The successful Mental Health Assistant:

  • Understand the importance of safegurding children in education
