Sector: Residential, supported living and outreach services for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities? My client, an established provider of care and support services in the West Midlands and surrounding areas, is looking to enhance their senior management team through the recruitment of an exceptional Operations Director.

The Role: As the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support services, driving operational efficiency, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operational activities across multiple locations.
