• Preparing financial statements and statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Ensuring compliance with financial standards, including FRS 102 and FRS 105
• Producing accurate financial statements and maintaining client records to the highest standard
• Supporting the preparation of management accounts and related financial reports
• Providing advice and support on complex financial reporting requirements
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and standards
• Building strong relationships with clients by answering queries and keeping them informed of progress

• Qualifications: AAT Level 4 or equivalent experience in an accountancy practice
• Software Skills: Familiarity with IRIS, Xero, Sage, or other accounting software is advantageous
• Attention to Detail: A reputation for accuracy and ensuring high-quality work
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client requirements efficiently
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, including FRS 102 and FRS 105
• Communication Skills: Confidence in liaising with clients and addressing queries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
