Architectural Technician, North Devon, £28k - £38k DOEIf you would like to know more about this opportunity please get in touch with Sophie at RGB Recruitment ASAP.A local modern and contemporary RIBA chartered Architectural consultancy are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their small team in North Devon.The consultancy has a very flexible, forward thinking approach with all the latest VR Technology and very design focussed. They provide Architectural and master planning services to high end clients in the local area and have some excellent partnerships with local businesses. Working in mainly residential with the odd commercial and newbuild bespoke developments. A successful candidate with be proficient in Revit and experienced with at least 5+ years in practice experience.   • Producing working drawing packages
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Lead and manage technical design projects
  • Attending site meetings
  • Measured surveys and site inspections
  • Contract administration and job running
  • Proficient in Revit is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
  • Previous experience working on hotels, commercial or a variety of project sectors
  • Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
  • Architectural degree
