The company are established leaders within their sector 聽 Reporting into the General Manger the role of the Production Manager will see you managing a small team within a High Care environment. 聽 Production Manager Responsibilities:路Manage Production and ensure Quality targets are met through KPIs 路To enforce the company HACCP policy 路To enforce the company health and safety policy 路Ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet requirements 路Provide coaching to team to improve performance 路Deal with absence and disciplinary matters appropriately 路Focus on continuous improvement to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce non-conformances 聽 Required Education, Skills and Qualifications路Experience working in Food Manufacturing, ideally High Care 路Team management / Supervisory experience 路Experience of Training and mentoring teams 路Able to work in a fast-moving pressured environment, maintaining a keen eye for detail and remaining results-focused 聽 To be considered for this Production Manager role you will be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
